1.广东量晶光电科技有限公司
担任研发主管,负责广东量晶光电科技有限公司的大功率LED芯片及高压LED芯片的研发和产业化工作,主导研发的大功率LED芯片的发光效率达到193lm/W@350 mA,该技术指标达到国际领先水平。
2.佛山国星光电股份有限公司
担任项目主管,研制全自动SMD LED在线测试分选设备,负责研发的LED在线测试分选设备已经大规模应用于LED封装企业的产品生产线。
