研究兴趣: 2:芯片设计 3:芯片设计EDA技术
研究方向简介: 多年从事微流控芯片设计、光机电集成、MEMS芯片研究工作。在芯片设计与控制分析,光机电集成等方面有多年的技术积累。目前主要聚焦于芯片设计领域,围绕芯片设计EDA工具开发、第三代半导体EDA设计工具、模拟与数字混合芯片设计、功率芯片设计。
实验室拥有全套正版EDA设计工具软件,拥大型服务器工作站,可以使用超大计算中心,超大GPU集群。
实验室和国内主流芯片设计与制造企业(瑞芯微,长江存储,星宸科技,京微齐力,忆芯科技等)有着广泛的合作关系。
成果简介:在 Advanced Materials 、ACS Nano、Advanced Healthcare Materials、Advanced Functional Materials 等著名学术期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表AM. 2篇, ACS Nano 1篇, AHM 3篇,AFM 1篇,Small 1篇,Nanoscale 1篇,以及APL、Nanotechnology,JPCC等其他期刊30余篇。论文他引2000余次(H-index = 23);为 Advanced Materials 、Advanced Healthcare Materials、Advanced Functional Materials等20余学术期刊承担审稿服务。
