导师简介:
男,博士,硕士、博士生导师。1985年毕业于华中师范大学生物系,1988年在中国科学院武汉植物研究所获植物学硕士学位, 1998年于美国密执根理工大学森林资源与环境学院获得森林生态学博士学位。主要从事流域生态学、森林生态学、遥感/GIS应用等领域的研究工作。现承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、国务院三峡办、中国科学院知识创新等多个项目。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文170余篇,其中SCI文章80余篇。


简要履历:
1988.8—1993.11,中国科学院武汉植物研究所研究实习员/助理研究员;1993.11—1994.8,美国华盛顿大学森林资源学院访问****;1998.6—2000.12,美国弗吉尼亚大学环境科学系博士后;2001.1—2004.5,加拿大自然资源部加拿大遥感中心遥感应用研究科学家;2004年6月起中国科学院武汉植物园研究员。
