导师简介:
1957年9月出生于湖北沔阳,博士,研究员,博士生导师,现任中国科学院武汉植物园主任、园艺中心主任。1982年元月毕业于华中农业大学果树专业,1989年获法国Languedoc科技大学博士学位。1991年任北京农业大学副教授,1994年晋升为教授。1992-1996年任北京农业大学果树系主任, 1996-2002年兼中国农业大学教务处处长和任校学术委员会委员,2003年元月,到中国科学院植物所任研究员,主持植物所果树学领域的科学研究。1997年获教育部“跨世纪人才计划”基金,2002年获宝钢优秀教师奖,2003年入选中国科学院“百人计划”。中国园艺学会常务理事、中国园艺学会李杏分会副理事长、湖北省植物学会理事长,《植物科学学报》主编、《园艺学报》副主编和《果树科学》副主编,2014年第11届国际葡萄遗传育种会议主席。主要从事果树生理、栽培、果实品质遗传规律与分子生物学领域的研究,发表论文260余篇, 其中SCI源杂志论文100余篇,选育出葡萄新品种17个。
