4)多组分串联反应设计。

个人简介:
董志兵,男,湖北鄂州人,1980年生。长期从事有有机合成方法学及其应用的研究,已经在《Chemistry-AEuropeanJournal》、《Synthesis》、《JournalofOrganometallicChemistry》等主流国际刊物上发表了研究论文20余篇(均为SCI收录)。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项、主持教育部留学回国基金1项、主持省教育厅科研重点项目1项、主持工程大学科研启动基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金4项。2013年入选湖北省人事厅“新世纪人才”第三层次人才计划;2013年11月入选湖北省教育厅“楚天学者”计划“楚天学子”,2013年入选武汉工程大学“青年岗位能手”;2013年11月入选武汉工程大学“第二批中青年学术骨干”;2014年1月入选武汉工程大学“科技工作先进个人”;2014年1月获武汉工程大学年终考核优秀;2015年入选武汉工程大学“高端人才培育计划”。指导的研究生获得1项研究生创新基金支持(一等),指导的本科生获得2项校长基金的支持。研究小组和德国、日本、韩国以及国内科研院所的同行保持紧密的合作和交流。小组经费较为充足,各种化学试剂种类已达400余种,研究室硬件设施良好,能满足有机合成的常规操作。目前的管理和运作模式均参考欧洲实验室。

05/2012-至今:受聘武汉工程大学特聘教授;
03/2011-04/2012:获德国亚历山大-冯-洪堡基金资助,在德国亚琛工业大学有机所Carsten Bolm教授(Chemical Review委任主编,Journal of Organic Chemistry副主编http://bolm.oc.rwth-aachen.de/)小组从事洪堡学者研究;
