学术研究
分离纯化和结构鉴定来源于天然资源库的活性天然产物,基于天然产物库和GLUT4及SGLT2靶点的抗糖尿病活性成分及机制研究,高分辨傅里叶转换质谱导向的小分子酶抑制剂的发现。具体的研究方向,包括:
1、基于天然产物的先导化合物发现流程
中草药及民族药物样品库的建立
先导化合物样的微量提取物库的建立
依据新药研发的经典规律—Lipinski五规则,我们采用特殊的柱色谱前处理技术建立了主要包含先导化合物类似组分的微量提取物库。
预分离组分库的建立
我们开发了一种特殊的柱色谱技术用来捕捉先导化合物类似或新药分子类似的天然产物。运用此项技术,在1000种微量提取物的基础上,我们创建了包含多于5000个先导化合物类似或新药分子类似的天然产物的预分离组分库。
