1999年9月至2003年6月在华中农业大学在职攻读博士,获博士学位

1984年7月至1991年2月在华中农业大学水产学院任助教;
1991年2月至1997年12月在华中农业大学水产学院任讲师;
1997年12月至2002年11月在华中农业大学水产学院任副教授;
2002年11月至今在华中农业大学水产学院任教授。
