研究方向
RNA上可以发生众多的化学修饰，这些修饰对其生物学功能有重要影响。目前RNA修饰的研究是生物学研究的热点及难点。本实验室将以丝状真菌粗糙脉孢菌为模式生物，综合运用遗传、生化、质谱和深度测序等方法研究mRNA、tRNA和rRNA的化学修饰对其生物学功能的影响及其分子机制。
