个人简介 李文涛,男,四川南充人。华中农业大学教授,硕士、博士生导师。四川农业大学学士、华中农业大学农学博士、荷兰乌特勒支大学哲学博士(兽医病毒方向)。荷兰皇家微生物协会会员,Animal Diseases的Science Editor。2021年4月以海外高层次人才引进到华中农业大学工作。主要从事冠状病毒相关研究,包括病毒的入侵、新病毒的分离、新型疫苗和治疗性单克隆抗体的研发等,取得了一系列具有国际影响力的创新性研究成果:a) 报道了全球首株针对SARS-CoV-2的治疗性单克隆抗体,并解析了其与S蛋白的复合物结构,该抗体已经成功转化,正在美国进行I期临床实验;b) 首次报道了PEDV变异毒株在中国的流行及其序列特征;c) 鉴定了PDCoV的受体-氨基肽酶N(APN),并揭示该病毒的来源以及跨物种感染人的潜力;d) 鉴定了MERS-CoV的辅助受体,阐明了其感染宿主的种属特异性和组织嗜性的分子基础。近年在PNAS (2篇)、Nat. Commun. (1篇)、Emerging Infect. Dis. (2篇) 和J. Virol. (2篇)等国际重要刊物上发表冠状病毒相关SCI论文40余篇,总引用频次超过3800次,其中两篇论文被选为ESI高被引论文。本实验室注重培养学生学以致用,并与荷兰乌特勒支大学兽医学院有长期的合作关系,支持学生到国外开展合作研究,欢迎优秀的同学加盟!
