3、电荷自旋分别注入的新型稀磁半导体的铁磁机理与电磁特性研究，光电子技术省协同创新中心子项目，已结题；
4、电荷自旋分别注入的 I-II-V族新型铁基稀磁半导体的磁性研究与设计（B**），省教育厅指导性科研项目，已结题。
