1.发酵方向
(1) 熟练运用正交设计及响应面分析等方法对发酵条件进行优化
(2) 熟练使用7L, 100L等各种中小型发酵罐
(3) 熟练使用大型板框过滤机
(4) 熟练使用UF超滤系统
2.生物化学与分子生物学方向
可熟练应用鸟枪法等方法克隆相应基因,及熟练使用快速蛋白液相色谱进行目标蛋白质的纯化,以及蛋白质特性的测定。
3. 中药有效物质的提取及其成分鉴定
(1) 熟悉中药有效成分大量提取流程
(2) 熟悉中药中有效物质的化学成分及其含量分析
4. 熟悉微生物大量培养以及其下游杂质分离流程
