崔健（1973-），男，湖北省“百人计划”和“3551”人才计划特聘专家。2000年获美国伊利诺伊大学药物化学博士，曾任职于美国药企先灵葆雅和默克7年多，担任首席科学家和原料药项目领导，熟悉国外药物研发体系，后在中国国内知名企业担任研发副总经理，具备对工艺化学与有机合成化学研发项目的管理能力及对药物开发团队的领导能力。熟悉新药和仿制药研发的流程和法规，以及申报材料中化学、制备和控制（CMC）部分的准备。具有丰富的新药和仿制药的原料药开发，cGMP和非GMP生产，原料药工艺研发及生产的外包管理，以及为全球客户提供合同研发和原料药及原料药中间体的定制生产服务的经验。2013年6月被聘为湖北工业大学客座教授.
