研究领域
目前研究兴趣主要集中在太阳活动与极端气候变化的关系，深时全球变化，全球碳循环变化的驱动机制和地质年代校准等方面的研究。通过对太阳活动变化规律的研究，探寻其对全球气候变化及自然灾害的影响和驱动机制；通过旋回地层学、沉积学、地球化学以及磁性地层学等多学科交叉研究，来获取沉积物中蕴含的古气候、古环境的演变信息，通过古气候模拟，揭示重大地质气候变化事件的驱动机制，为预测未来全球变化提供科学依据。
