中国有色金属学会新能源材料发展工作委员会委员,中国仪表功能材料学会储能与动力电池及其材料专业委员会委员,湖北省自然科学基金****获得者,湖北省青年科技“晨光计划”入选者,长江大学“领军人才”入选者,长江大学校级“新能源与环境材料”科研创新团队负责人。《Frontiers in Chemistry》期刊Guest associate editor,《Rare Metals》和《稀有金属》期刊青年编委。主要从事资源化工(固体废弃物中有价金属的提取与利用)、新能源材料与器件(锂离子二次电池关键材料的研发)和应用电化学(金属腐蚀与防护)等方面的教学与研究工作。主持多项省部级以上项目,其中国家自然科学基金2项,指导大学生创新项目国家级1项,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI检索论文50余篇,获授权发明专利8项。主讲本科生课程:《新能源介绍》、《聚合反应工程》;主讲研究生课程:《电化学原理与应用》、《新能源材料与技术》。
