周杰,1987年生，湖北保康人，副教授，硕士生导师。2010年获中国地质大学（武汉）地理信息系统专业学士学位，2016年获中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所地图学与地理信息系统专业博士学位，期间（2013年10月至2015年9月）赴荷兰代尔夫特理工大学联合培养两年。2018年9月起在华中师范大学城市与环境科学学院任教。主要从事定量遥感、全球变化遥感监测、地学大数据研究。主持国家然科学基金项目1项，国家重点研发项目子课题1项，参与多项国家级及省部级科研项目。发表学术论文数十篇。
