主要研究领域与方向
主要从事反刍动物遗传育种的研究工作,研究方向聚焦于:① 动物表观遗传调控:脂肪沉积表观遗传调控/活性物质表观遗传调控机制;②
动物遗传资源与生物技术育种研究与应用:优异性状基因资源挖掘、开发与利用;③
动物生物信息分析:基于高通量测序的动物组学大数据挖掘。近年来主要围绕反刍动物基因组、基因转录调控和表观遗传及分子遗传育种等分子生物学方面开展科研工作,通过整合基因组学解析肉牛优异肉质性状主效基因及其调
控机制,在分子、细胞和个体水平上进行基因功能研究,最终鉴定出控制肉牛优异肉质性状的主效基因,在全基因组水平解析肉牛优异肉质性状形成的遗传机制,为加速培育我国优良肉牛新品种(系)提供理论和技术支持。
