1)智能化纳米材料递送基因药物;
2)肿瘤微环境响应的多级靶向递送体系;
3)功能化水凝胶的生物医药应用
4)纳米免疫治疗;
研究主要集中于纳米材料、纳米技术等在生物医学领域中的探究。通过合理的设计和优化具有智能多功能化的纳米/微米材料解决药物递送的瓶颈。主要应用于癌症的成像和治疗、眼科以及其他疾病的诊疗一体化应用。利用纳米材料技术和多学科的交叉优势解决癌症和其他疾病医疗诊断等领域所面临的挑战和瓶颈。已申报授权专利20项,其中美国专利授权1 项。在国际权威学术期刊已发表 70 多篇相关学术论文,5篇 ESI 1%论文。研究工作以第一/通讯作者发表在ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Materials Today, Chemical Society Reviews和IScience等专业领域主流期刊上,被引达1800余次。并受邀国内会议邀请报告和口头报考20余次。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、温州研究院重点专项和温州市创新自然基金等10个科研项目。
