学历教育: 1992.01-1995.05,浙江大学机械制造博士研究生; 1983.09-1986.06,广西大学机械制造硕士研究生; 1979.09-1983.07,广西大学机械制造本科生。进修培训: 2013.01-2013.02,美国加州大学伯克利分校高等教育管理培训; 2008.05-2008.07,中共中央党校第50期地厅级干部进修班学习; 2007.07-2007.12,英国开放大学,英国中英****基金会(Sino-British Fellowship)和中国留学基金委高级访问****; 2006.06-2006.07,英国牛津大学高等教育管理培训; 1999.12-2000.01,美国路易斯安娜州立大学高等教育管理培训。工作经历: 2017.01起, 广西大学机械工程学院机电系,二级教授、博士生导师; 2011.12-2017.01,广西大学副校长(正厅长级),二级教授、博士生导师; 2003.05-2011.12,广西广播电视大学校长,教授; 2000.12-2003.05,广西民族学院党委副书记、副院长、教授; 1998.05-2000.12,广西工学院党委副书记、副院长、教授; 1997.04-1998.05,广西大学党委组织部部长、教授,期间,1997.09-1998.05,代理人事处处长、职改办主任; 1995.05-1997.04,广西大学机械系副主任,副教授。 从事机械设备状态监测与故障诊断领域的教学和科研工作,主要对电力设备状态监测和故障诊断,开展轻水堆核电站跌落零件的监测、水电站振动监测和转轮叶片动态应力测试、混流式水轮机转轮叶片裂纹监测等研究,在时频分析方法及故障特征提取、神经网络方法对跌落零件报警、声发射技术监测裂纹、超声检测及有限元仿真分析等方面做了一些工作、取得了一些成果。所取得的成果 “混流式水轮机转轮叶片裂纹监测的理论和方法研究”获得2011年广西壮族自治区自然科学三等奖(本人排名第一)。近年,主要开展再制造旧零件的疲劳损伤检测研究,在旧零件非线性建模、NOFRF的估计算法及非线性检测指标构建、零件残余应力和疲劳损伤的超声非线性表征等方面做了一些工作,相关论文已在《Journal of Sound and Vibration》、《NDT & E International》、《Measurement》、《Fatigue Fract Eng Mater Struct.》、《机械工程学报》、《振动与冲击》等发表。
