黄崇杏,女,博士,教授,博士生导师。广西大学学术骨干,轻工与食品工程学院副院长,中国振动工程学会包装动力学专委会副秘书长、教育部轻工类专业教学指导委员会包装工程组委员、《包装工程》编委,《Food Control》、《New Journal of Chemistry》、《Materials》等SCI杂志审稿人。从事绿色包装材料、食品包装安全、农产品保鲜包装的研究。主持国家自然科学基金2项,广西科技厅项目4项。发表学术论文70多篇,其中30篇被SCI收录。获授权专利11项。
