研究方向:作物逆境与发育生理、薯类作物栽培与育种。主要在花生铝毒害、山药和葛的块茎块根生长发育等领域取得较好成果,发现铝诱导花生根尖细胞程序性死亡(PCD)及其与耐铝性负相关现象,蛋白亚硝基化修饰改变蛋白功能,通过胞内途径及胞外途径响应铝毒,提出依赖线粒体的类半胱天冬酶PCD途径、过氧化氢和一氧化氮的信号调控作用及机制,建立山药块茎内源激素检测新技术,初步阐明山药块茎、葛块根生长膨大的生理机制。
