1997年任中科院华南植物所助理研究员,2002年任副研究员,2004年晋升研究员。1990至1997年本科、硕士毕业于西北农林科技大学森林生态学专业。2002年6月博士毕业于中国科学院研究生院和华南植物研究所生态学专业,博士期间赴美国亚利桑那州立大学景观生态学与模拟实验室访学1年(2000年)。2002-2004年美国亚利桑那州立大学(ASU)博士后;2005-2007年美国杜克大学(Duke)博士后。近年来致力于土壤生态过程对降水、氮沉降和温度多因子协同变化的响应行为和微生物调节机制方面的研究。发表论文130余篇,其中SCI论文80余篇,
