2006年毕业于南京大学化学化工学院,获理学博士学位;2006-2008于日本京都大学化学研究所从事药物设计方向的博士后研究;2013年9月—2014年1月在中科院上海有机化学研究所从事海星皂甙衍生物全合成的访问研究;2009-2017,广西大学化学化工学院教授,博士生导师;2018至今为广西大学医学院教授,博士生导师。主要从事:肝癌靶向药物分子设计、合成及药理学评价;肝癌的早期诊断及实时监控治疗;糖化学生物学;基于小分子探针的药物作用靶点发现与确证等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金2项,教育部重点项目1项,广西自然科学基金重点项目1项,横向项目多项;参与国家自然科学基金3项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文40多篇,其中JCR一区Top论文8篇:ACS Catal.(IF 12.35)Chem. Sci.(IF 9.5), Org. Lett.(IF 6.7), Sensors Actuat. B-Chem. (IF 7.1),Chem. Comm.(IF 6.2), Eur. J. Med. Chem.(IF 5.572); 影响因子4.0以上的JCR二区Top 论文10多篇。授权专利3项。多次为J. Am. Chem. Soc.(IF14.3), Chem. Comm.
