【个人简历】
胡雨来，教授，博士生导师， 1989年获中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所硕士学位，1998年获中国科院兰州化学物理研究博士学位，2000年6月到2001年6月英国Liverpool 大学博士后， 2001年6月到2004年11月英国Southampton大学化学系博士后。甘肃省“333人才工程”第一、二层次人选，甘肃省科技领军人才。
承担及参与国家自然科学基金资助项目6项，教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金资助项目1项，教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金资助项目1项，人事部留学回国人员择优重点资助项目1项。申请发明专利6件。在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. Chem. Commun. Org. Lett. J. Org. Chem. Organometallics Tetrahedron等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文80余篇。
【研究领域和兴趣】
主要从事有机合成研究，研究领域为：
1）不对称合成：主要开展新型手性配体的设计与合成，探索新的不对称反应，并将其用于手性药物的合成。2）有机氟化学：主要开展有机氟化新方法的研究，不对称氟化及三氟甲基化反应研究。3）有机合成方法学：探索新型的有机反应，特别是金属有机试剂参与的新反应，过渡金属催化剂催化下的反应。4）药物合成新工艺研究：主要探索手性药物及氟化药物合成中的新反应，新工艺。
