巩增泰,男,汉族, 1965年生,甘肃省甘谷县人,博士后。西北师范大学数学与统计学院教授、数学系主任,博士研究生导师,甘肃省教学名师;2000年4月在哈尔滨工业大学获理学博士学位,师从著名数学家吴从炘教授;曾于1991年在新加坡国立大学与原国际数学教育委员会副主席李秉彝(Dr. Lee Pengyee)博士进行合作研究;2003年受香港理工大学计算学系(Department of Computing)讲座教授(Chair Professor)杨苏博士(Dr. Daniel Yeung)(杨教授为IEEE院士 (Fellow)) 的邀请,在香港理工大学进行合作研究;2000年9月至2003年5月在中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所博士后流动站工作,合作导师为程国栋院士;现为中国生态经济学会生态恢复专业委员会理事,中国系统工程学会模糊数学与系统委员会常务理事,甘肃省数学会模糊系统与数学专业委员会主任;主要从事不确定问题的数学理论研究,包括实分析、模糊分析学、粗糙集理论、群决策及其在环境科学和水资源等方面应用的研究和教学工作;共撰写和发表论文200余篇,其中SCI检索刊物40余篇,国际流行数学杂志、国际会议论文发表30余篇,国内核心刊物发表70余篇,其余为省级以上刊物;主持和参与完成科研项目14项,其中国家级科研项目7项,其余为省级刊物;参加完成的科研项目“内陆河流域生态经济学生态水文学基础理论研究”获2003年度甘肃省科技进步一等奖,主持完成的甘肃省自然科学基金项目“非绝对模糊积分理论与非连续模糊系统”获2009年度甘肃省自然科学三等奖,主持完成的科研成果“知识获取与信息融合的数学理论及其应用模型研究”获2013年度甘肃省自然科学三等奖,主持完成的科研成果“模糊数,粗糙集理论及其应用模型研究”获甘肃省2012年度高校科技进步二等奖;并于 2004年,获甘肃省第11届高校青年教师成才奖, 2009获西北师范大学第5届教学名师,为西北师范大学第二届学生最喜欢的优秀教师和第四届最喜欢的教师。作为项目主持人,主持完成国家自然科学基金项目(**;**)2项,国家自然科学基金重点项目(**)子项目1项,甘肃省自然科学基金项目(ZS011-A25-012-Z ,3ZS041-A25-004,0803RJZA108,1208RJZA251)4项和甘肃省教育厅科研项目(0601-20)1项。现主持国家自然科学基金项目(**,**)2项。
