陈文静，女，汉族，1989年生，中共党员，甘肃天水人。2012年6月于西北师范大学获得学士学位和免推研究生资格。曾获第十届华为杯全国研究生数学建模竞赛三等奖、硕士研究生国家奖学金、博士研究生国家奖学金。2018年于西北师范大学获得理学博士学位，同年留校任教。现为西北师范大学数学与统计学院副教授、硕士生导师。在《Communications in Algebra》、《Journal of Algebra and its Applications》、《Acta Mathematica Sinica（English Series）》等刊物上发表学术论文多篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，甘肃省高等学校创新能力提升项目1项，西北师范大学青年教师科研能力提升计划项目1项；参与国家自然科学基金地区基金项目1项；参与完成国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项。
