个人简历
席力,男,汉族,博士,陕西勉县人。1997年本科毕业于兰州大学物理系磁学专业。2002年6月于兰州大学凝聚态物理专业获理学博士学位。2002年7月加入兰州大学物理科学与技术学院,历任讲师、副教授、教授,凝聚态物理专业博士生导师。2001年9月-2002年5月,加拿大曼尼托巴大学物理与天文系访问****,从事科学研究和教学研究工作。2003年3月-2004年3月在葡萄牙INESC-MN研究所做博士后, 从事自旋晶体管和器件方面的研究。
研究方向
1.自旋电子学与磁存储器件2.纳米高频软磁材料与应用3.电场/电流驱动磁化强度翻转和磁畴运动特性
教学及学生指导情况
承担过力学、电磁学、普通物理、光学实验和固体物理实验方法等本科生和研究生课程的教学工作。指导硕士生17人(已毕业14人),博士生6人(已毕业5人)。指导研究生中有4人次获得硕士生国家奖学金,1人获博士生国家奖学金,1人获宝钢优秀学生奖。1篇论文入选甘肃省优秀博士学位论文。
