个人简历
全国物理竞赛决赛保送进入中国科学技术大学,毕业于中国科学技术大学物理学院,获得应用物理学学士学位。后免试直博进入中国科学院半导体研究所,获得中国科学院大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。于2017年以及2018年获得中国科学院院长优秀奖,并获得2019年中国科学院(百篇)优秀博士学位论文。2018年7月进入兰州大学物理科学与技术学院工作,聘任为副教授。目前在ACS Photonics, Optica, Optics Letters, Optics Express, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters等著名光学期刊及国际会议发表学术论文30多篇。
研究方向
目前主要研究兴趣 : 1、用于数据中心和5G通信的高速高容量芯片间和芯片上光互连与光交换技术的研究,包括:片上光互连网络架构、光学路由器、光调制器、复用/解复用器;2、神经元拟态光子计算芯片与人工智能算法光子学芯片设计; 3、光学逆向设计与用于高密度集成的超紧凑超结构器件应用。
