何乃普，男，1974年生，中共党员，教授。高分子化学与物理专业博士学位。自2003年硕士毕业来我校化工学院工作至今。2014-2015年，德国马普学会胶体与界面研究所（Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interface, Germany）访问****（博士后）。教育部学位中心论文评价专家，甘肃省科技专家库专家。高分子化学与物理专业学科带头人，高分子表面与界面研究所所长，应用化学系副主任。研究方向为应用化学、高分子化学与物理、功能高分子材料等。多年来主讲《高分子化学》、《功能高分子》等本科生和研究生课程。主持完成国家自然基金1项和甘肃省自然科学基金2项。发表论文50余篇, 申请国家发明专利1项，长期担任Biomacromolecules，Polymer Bulletin，Advances in Polymer Technology等国际期刊审稿人。目前在读硕士研究生6名；指导10余名本科生开展大学生创新创业训练，所指导大学生创新创业项目分别得到国家级、省级以及兰州交通大学重点立项。
