王成新,现任中山大学物理科学与工程技术学院教授,博士生导师。2002年12月毕业于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室,并获理学博士学位;论文题目:金刚石基的宽禁带半导体异质结及相关理论研究;2005年5月于中山大学光电材料与技术国家重点实验室博士后出站;2005年6月-2007年6月,日本东京工业大学JSPS特别研究员(日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助);2007年6月,入选中山大学****,受聘于中山大学光电材料与技术国家重点实验室.近年来,一直从事低维光电功能材料设计应用及相关理论研究.
