副教授
中山大学“****”引进人才,2021年2月加入电子与信息工程学院。
主要从事硅基光电集成芯片研究。以第一作者身份在Optica、Applied Physics Letters、Photonics Research、Optics Letters等光电领域国际期刊发表论文18篇;在CLEO、CSW、ICMOVPE等光电子与半导体国际会议做报告5次;申请美国专利一项。同时受邀担任Frontier in Physics专题编辑;受邀为期刊 IEEE Journal of Lightwave Technology、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics、Journal of Applied Physics撰写专题论文;受邀为杂志Compound Semiconductor撰写专题文章;并受邀为CRC Press撰写专著章节。研究成果多次被Photonics.com、Compound Semiconductor、Phys.org等国际科技媒体广泛报道,同时多次被中科院、IBM、IMEC、NTT, UCSB等国内外顶级研究机构引用。
