主任医师，博士生导师，临床医学博士
于中山大学博士毕业后留校工作，在美国宾夕法尼亚大学（University of Pennsylvania）留学2年。现任中山大学附属第六医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科主任，甲状腺疾病诊治中心/外科 主任，睡眠医学科主任，兼专科教学基地主任，博士研究生导师（临床型和科研型），中山大学八年制长学制导师。
【临床经验】
主要从事耳鼻咽喉和头颈部疾病的临床、教学和科研工作。熟悉耳鼻咽喉、甲状腺/甲状旁腺、颈部、颌面部及颅底部疾病的诊治。
擅长甲状腺肿瘤和头颈部肿瘤（喉癌、喉咽癌、甲状腺肿瘤、甲状旁腺疾病、鼻咽癌、鼻腔副鼻窦癌、口腔癌、腮腺肿瘤、颈段食管癌、颅底肿瘤、头颈部神经肿瘤和软组织肿瘤等）的诊治；善于外科为主的头颈肿瘤的综合治疗，并能够运用显微外科技术，重建患者的外观和功能，以及头颈部疾病的微创外科治疗等。熟悉国内外临床前沿动态。
甲状腺外科方面：擅长复发性或难治性甲状腺癌的治疗，除了传统开放常规式手术，常规开展多种甲状腺手术，包括；扩大根治性颈清扫术、纵隔或咽旁/咽后淋巴结清扫、喉返神经修复术、对于甲状腺癌侵犯气管或食管的患者在根治性切除肿瘤的同时重建气管、游离皮瓣修复食管、血管重建、甲状腺术后嗓音障碍及吞咽困难的治疗等。
在腔镜美容手术方面，常规开展了经口入路腔镜下甲状腺手术、经腋窝入路腔镜下甲状腺手术、内镜下经口咽后区淋巴结清扫术、经耳后入路腔镜辅助颈淋巴结清扫术、腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术等，在根治肿瘤的同时保留了美容效果。
门诊时间：
耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊（专家）：周三上午，周四下午；
头颈肿瘤外科门诊（专家）：周三上午，周三下午；
甲状腺外科门诊（专家）：周三下午，周四下午；

住院部：年度专科查房次数：280次。

【临床科研】
重点研究了头颈部肿瘤和甲状腺肿瘤的危险分层和个体化治疗、保留器官功能的晚期头颈肿瘤的精准/综合治疗、肿瘤分化和肿瘤微环境在肿瘤发展和转移中的机制和医学转化研究等。
发表论文40余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者在《Nature Communications》、《Cancer Research》、《Head Neck》、《Laryngoscope》、《Oral Oncology》和《Eur Radiol》等期刊发表论文28篇（2018.10），其中1篇被国际权威甲状腺组织ATA的相关指南引用，另外以第二作者在《Journal of Clinical Investigation》发表论著。现任《Journal of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma》和《Journal of Medical Discovery》等杂志编委。主持国家自然基金2项、省部级等科研课题5项，参与国家级和省部级科研课题多项（2019.10）。
参编专业书籍《头颈外科临床实践与技巧》（2020）、《肿瘤靶向治疗和免疫治疗进展》（2020）、《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学》头颈外科分册等。

主任医师，博士生导师，临床医学博士
于中山大学博士毕业后留校工作，在美国宾夕法尼亚大学（University of Pennsylvania）留学2年。现任中山大学附属第六医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科主任，甲状腺疾病诊治中心/外科 主任，睡眠医学科主任，兼专科教学基地主任，博士研究生导师（临床型和科研型），中山大学八年制长学制导师。
【临床经验】
主要从事耳鼻咽喉和头颈部疾病的临床、教学和科研工作。熟悉耳鼻咽喉、甲状腺/甲状旁腺、颈部、颌面部及颅底部疾病的诊治。
擅长甲状腺肿瘤和头颈部肿瘤（喉癌、喉咽癌、甲状腺肿瘤、甲状旁腺疾病、鼻咽癌、鼻腔副鼻窦癌、口腔癌、腮腺肿瘤、颈段食管癌、颅底肿瘤、头颈部神经肿瘤和软组织肿瘤等）的诊治；善于外科为主的头颈肿瘤的综合治疗，并能够运用显微外科技术，重建患者的外观和功能，以及头颈部疾病的微创外科治疗等。熟悉国内外临床前沿动态。
甲状腺外科方面：擅长复发性或难治性甲状腺癌的治疗，除了传统开放常规式手术，常规开展多种甲状腺手术，包括；扩大根治性颈清扫术、纵隔或咽旁/咽后淋巴结清扫、喉返神经修复术、对于甲状腺癌侵犯气管或食管的患者在根治性切除肿瘤的同时重建气管、游离皮瓣修复食管、血管重建、甲状腺术后嗓音障碍及吞咽困难的治疗等。
在腔镜美容手术方面，常规开展了经口入路腔镜下甲状腺手术、经腋窝入路腔镜下甲状腺手术、内镜下经口咽后区淋巴结清扫术、经耳后入路腔镜辅助颈淋巴结清扫术、腔镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术等，在根治肿瘤的同时保留了美容效果。
