2015年获佐治亚州立大学计算机博士学位;2017年被深圳大学聘为讲师。研究方向主要包括:1)临床信息学:设计机器学习算法,对生物及医疗大数据进行筛选、学习、分析、和预测。在纽约州立大学生物医学信息学系任职期间,参与了纽约州医疗效率和支付系统改革项目,构建分析和预测模型,为医院、保险公司、及监管机构其提供决策支持。2)分子生物信息学及药物筛选:采用高分辨率三维蛋白晶体结构学和机器学习的方法,对HIV蛋白酶突变引发的抗药性进行了分析和预测。在国际期刊和会议上发表超过 20 篇文章,包括BMC Bioinformatics,BMC Gemonics,Journal of Biochemistry等。
