长期从事生物医药材料的计算机模拟研究,近年来致力发展多尺度计算模型,并用于探讨药物蛋白控制释放的微观机理。主持完成多项国家自然科学基金及省市科技计划项目。以第一作者/通讯作者在 Acta Biomaterialia、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Journal of Physical Chemistry C 、Langmuir 等学术期刊上发表 SCI 论 文 30 余篇,以第一发明人授权中国发明专利 1 件。参与编著《高分子科学实验》及《自然科学经典文选导读》等高等院校教材。先后被认定为深圳市高层次专业人才、深圳市海外高层次专业人才,入选广东省高等学校“千百十工程”人才培养计划。


工作及教育经历:
1997年-2001年在青岛科技大学高分子科学与工程学院就读,获工学学士学位;
2001年-2007年在复旦大学高分子科学系就读,师从丁建东教授,获理学博士学位;
2007年9月,任职于深圳大学化学与化工学院,讲师职称;
2009年3月,被认定为深圳市高层次专业人才;
2011年1月,晋升为副教授;
2015年2月-2016年2月,访问****,美国西雅图华盛顿大学Shaoyi Jiang课题组;
2017年3月,被聘为研究员;


本课题组聚焦于生物大分子,
综合利用机器学习、分子模拟、化学合成等手段,
探究其结构与功能背后的分子机理。


一、生物医药材料的分子模拟研究,借助于粗粒化模型及机器学习手段,探究结构与功能背后的分子机理;
二、生物酶的固定化研究,利用微胶囊技术负载生物酶,并对有机污染物进行催化降解。
