Profile:
Collin Steward Tham holds an MA inLinguistics from North Eastern Hill University(NEHU), which falls under the governing body of the Union Grants Commission (UGC),New Delhi, with a specialization in Psycholinguistics and Neuro Linguistics (NLP).Collin was certified by an International body from IBM Global Services as alinguistics trainer. He was given the opportunity to conduct the prestigious 7 CulturalFactors Training for the London office as part of the communications team forthe E-bookers Master Training program.
The decision to move into Training andDevelopment started with Wipro Spectramind as a Junior Trainer in the year2000.

As a teacher-facilitator, Collin isparticularly interested in NLP and Leadership Development (OD) becauseunderstanding behavior is critical to understanding learner ability and toidentifying skills and competencies. His current research interest isNeurolinguistics and Cognitive Psychology.

In his spare time, Collin loves reading andlistening to music, and he originally hails from the Scotland of the East,“Shillong Khasi Hills,” in northeastern India.
