麦克斯韦电磁系统的数值解，交界面问题的数值解；不适定问题，反问题；
预条件迭代算法，区域分解法。

不连续参数的偏微分方程的有限元方法；电磁问题的数值解；逆反不适定问题的数值方法和收敛性分析。

个人简历
香港中文大学教授，中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院科学与工程计算研究室客座教授。主要研究方向为电磁学中有限元方法，反问题的理论与数值方法，区域分解算法。长期从事反问题数值方法及其理论研究，是以上领域国际知名的科学家之一，研究活跃，论著颇丰，尤其在采用各类反问题的基于有限元的离散数值解法方面拥有丰富的经验。

主要科研成果及所获荣誉
在科研工作中共发表SCI检索文章89篇，其中包括领域内权威杂志SIAMJournalonScientificComputing,IMAJournalofNumericalAnalysis等.作为项目负责人共获得了23项研究资助。在1991年获得了中国科学院计算中心颁发的青年科学奖二等奖。在2002年被列入科学与工程界世界名人录MarquisWho'sWho(第六版,2002/2003)以及MarquisWho'sWho世界名人录(第19版,2002)。
