个人简介
黄惠芬:博士,教授,博士生导师。1992 年中国纺织大学获学士学位,1998 年华南师范大学物理系获硕士学位,2001-2004年上海交通大学电子工程系博士毕业,2004-2006 年在日本东芝研究与发展中心从事芯片封装设计研发工作,2007 年通过海外人才引进到华南理工大学。2013,07-2014,07,日本东北大学访问学者。研究方向包括电磁场理论、集成电路系统信号连接线(含超导连接线)与封装结构的电特性分析以及高速通信系统专用电路的分析、集成电路电磁兼容、通信系统电磁兼容、近场天线、电小天线、通信天线、无线传感网络天线及无线能量传输。

研究方向包括电磁场理论、集成电路系统信号连接线(含超导连接线)与封装结构的电特性分析以及高速通信系统专用电路的分析、集成电路电磁兼容、通信系统电磁兼容、近场天线、电小天线、通信天线、无线传感网络天线及无线能量传输。
擅长解决的工程问题:集成电路电磁干扰、设备间电磁干扰、近电/磁场聚焦、通信天线。
