个人简介 (Summary)
樊贞,博士,研究员(优聘),硕导,广东省青年珠江****入选者。2011年本科毕业于上海交通大学,2015年获新加坡国立大学博士学位,2016年至今先后担任华南师范大学副研究员、研究员。
研究方向为新型信息存储材料与器件、忆阻神经网络AI芯片、机器学习。主要研究成果包括:发展了一种基于多级可调铁电光伏效应的新型人工突触器件,具有良好的权重可控性,可实现高准确率的神经网络运算;对拓扑相变材料进行物相调控,构建了导电细丝型和界面型两种忆阻器,获得优异的存储性能,并成功模拟了多种突触和神经元功能;研究了铁电二极管型忆阻器的机理,建立了极化、注入电荷共同调控阻变模型以及退极化场诱导阻态弛豫模型;开发了一款基于机器学习的电滞回线甄别器(www.peloop.top),方便铁电领域研究者进行数据分析。
近年来一共发表SCI论文80余篇,总引用1900余次。其中第一/通讯作者论文26篇,包括Adv. Mater.、iScience、Prog. Mater. Sci. (高被引)、J. Phys. Chem. Lett. (高被引)、NPG Asia Mater. (亮点文章)、Phys. Rev. Appl. (2篇)等期刊论文。主持国家自然科学基金2项、广东省自然科学基金1项,参与国家重点研发计划1项。在国际学术会议做邀请报告7次。
