简介 (Summary)
2019年于华南理工大学获得工学博士学位,师从宁洪龙研究员。2019年7月由华南师范大学“青年英才”计划引进为特聘副研究员。从事薄膜晶体管显示、存储、突触等相关领域的应用研究,主要集中在溶液法器件材料与结构、纳米材料应用、界面反应与物理分析、载流子输运与电荷陷阱调控等方面。在印刷显示材料开发和系统集成等方面取得了一系列研究成果。近三年在ACS ami、JPCC、JCIS、Soft matter、AMT等期刊发表研究论文30多篇,其中第一作者发表10篇;申请专利50余件,已授权专利15件。
