入选2019年广东省特支计划科技创新青年拔尖人才。
参与项目获2013年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖。
至今已在国际学术杂志上发表SCI收录论文31篇;以第一作者或通讯作者在Trends in Plant Science、PNAS、Plant Cell、Plant Physiology、Plant Journal和Journal of Experimental Botany等国际期刊发表论文18篇;获得专利1项。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项和广州市科技计划项目1项等;任广东省遗传学会青年委员。

2000年至2004年,中山大学生命科学学院,本科,获学士学位。2004年至2009年,中山大学生命科学学院,硕博连读,获博士学位。

工作经历


2009年至2013年,美国康奈尔大学分子医药系,博士后。2014年至2019年,华南师范大学生命科学学院,副教授。2020年至今,华南师范大学生命科学学院,教授。

研究方向


(1)蛋白质棕榈酰化修饰调控植物发育与抗逆的机制棕榈酰化主要指将长链脂肪酸通过硫酯键连接到蛋白质的半胱氨酸残基,但是关于该修饰在植物中的功能和调控机制研究还不深入。本实验室通过生物信息学和生物化学分析,鉴定了一系列植物棕榈酰化底物,围绕着棕榈酰化通过调控底物蛋白参与植物生长发育和胁迫应答的机制进行深入研究。(2)双生病毒与植物宿主互作的分子机理双生病毒是一类重要的植物单链DNA病毒,在自然界中具有广泛的宿主,因而对世界范围的农作物生产造成了严重威胁。本实验室通过生物化学、细胞生物学和遗传学等方法,从各个层面分析双生病毒与宿主植物的互作关系,为提高植物对双生病毒的抗性提供理论依据和技术支持。
