简历:
1994年9月至2001年7月就读于湖南师范大学生命科学学院,获得生物教育学学士和植物学硕士文凭。2001年9月至2004年7月就读于中国科学院华南植物园,获得理学博士文凭。硕博士攻读期间一直从事水稻发育生物学的研究。主要应用蛋白质组学、细胞学和免疫组织化学技术对水稻小孢子发育过程中的蛋白质组学和细胞学及组织化学进行比较研究,能较好的把握水稻科学发展前沿,在此研究基础上已有多篇文章发表。2004.12到2007.8期间,申请者在中山大学进行了2年多的博士后研究工作。博士后研究期间主要从事龙葵蛋白酶抑制剂SaPIN
研究领域:
1、水稻功能基因组学。
2、水稻microRNA功能研究。
