专业从事胃肠道恶性肿瘤的外科治疗多年，擅长消化道肿瘤的手术与多学科综合治疗，临床经验丰富。在国内首创直肠癌的非手术疗法，研究成果在2018年ASCO会议展出。擅长运用基础研究解决临床问题，研究方向为肿瘤分子生物学与表观遗传学，尤其注重研究成果的临床转化。已在国际知名期刊，如Cell Report, Cancer Letters等杂志发表论文二十余篇。
