个人简介
Rafal Madonski, male, was born in 1986 in Poland. He received B.Eng., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in automation and robotics from Poznan University of Technology (Poland), in 2009, 2010, and 2016, respectively. From 2017 to 2019, he was a postdoc in the School of Automation, Southeast University (Nanjing, China). Between 2014 and 2018, he was a Visiting Research Scholar at Cleveland State University (USA), Tianjin University (China), and Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing, China). From January 2020, he is an Associate Professor in the Energy Electricity Research Center at Jinan University. His current research direction is advanced integration of control engineering and artificial intelligence in disturbed power and energy systems. His expertise include: control design and application, observer-based disturbance rejection control, adaptive and robust control algorithms, disturbance rejection in motion, process, and power control areas. Until now, he has coordinated several projects related to control engineering applications, including international projects financially supported by the European Union. For his work, he has gained recognition in form of scientific scholarships and awards. Dr. Madonski is a member of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and the IEEE Control Systems Society. He has published more than 30 scientific works, including journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers.
