研究方向:
研究方向为分子免疫、肿瘤免疫、免疫调节与免疫药理,目前主要利用MHC I类分子四聚体等技术研究抗原特异性CD8 T细胞的特性、分化、功能和记忆T细胞的形成及其与疾病的相关性,分析新型共刺激分子在免疫调节中的作用及分子机制,以及分子佐剂等对新型DNA肿瘤疫苗抗肿瘤免疫应答及效应的增强作用,为临床防治肿瘤、病毒性疾病和自身免疫病等提供理论依据。主要论文:
