张锡宝，男，广州市皮肤病防治所教授，主任医师。国务院政府特殊津贴专家，广州医科大学皮肤病研究所所长，广州医科大学皮肤性病学系主任、博士研究生导师、硕士研究生导师。西安医科大学临床医学学士（1978-1983年）、皮肤与性病学硕士（1985-1988年）。从事皮肤性病临床及研究工作近30年，曾于1988-1990年任中国麻风研究中心免疫研究员，2002-2017年先后任广州市皮肤病防治所副所长、所长、党委书记，2018年1月特聘为广州市皮肤病防治所首席专家。

担任中国麻风防治协会副会长，全国银屑病学组副组长,中华医学会医疗鉴定专家库专家，中华医学会皮肤性病学分会全国委员，中国医师协会皮肤性病专业委员会常务委员，中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会常务委员，全国环境与职业皮肤病学组副组长，中华预防医学会皮肤病与性病预防与控制专业委员会常务委员、国际皮肤病协会会员 （Member of International Association of Dermatology，IAD），欧洲皮肤病协会会员(JEADV)。广东省医师协会皮肤性病专业委员会主任委员，广东省医学会皮肤性病专业委员会副主任委员，广东省麻风防治协会副会长，广东省中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会副主任委员，广东省社区卫生学会副主任委员，广州市委保健专家，南方医科大学皮肤病专科联盟特邀专家，广州市医学会皮肤病学分会副主任委员。

主要从事银屑病、遗传角化性皮肤病遗传机制、致病基因、发病机理及维甲酸治疗遗传角化性皮肤病和红斑鳞屑性皮肤病作用机制和临床疗效方面的研究。先后主持20余项国家及省级科研基金课题。国内外发表论文200余篇，SCI收录40余篇。主编及参编专著15部，任《中华皮肤科杂志》等多种专业杂志编委，《皮肤性病诊疗学》杂志副主编。

获省级以上科学技术二等奖及三等奖12项。先后获全国优秀科技工作者，广州市优秀专家，广州市医药卫生高科技人才，广州市医学会先进工作者，广东省医学会工作者，全国医药卫生系统先进个人，广州市劳动模范，广东省劳动模范等荣誉称号，2009年获马海德奖，2010首届广州医师奖。

主持或参加科研项目（课题）及人才计划项目主要有：广州市科技计划项目：趋化因子CCL20 对间隙连接蛋白(Cx)表达和间隙连接细胞间通讯(GJIC)影响的研究，常染色体隐性遗传性鱼鳞病致病基因表型与临床表型的相关性研究；广州市医药卫生科技重点项目：常染色体隐性遗传性鱼鳞病基因型与表皮超微结构及临床表型的相关性研究。国家自然科学基金项目：板层状鱼鳞病TGM1 突变基因的功能研究；广东省自然科学基金：板层状鱼鳞病TGM1突变基因的功能研究；银屑病对阿维A治疗反应与VEGF 基因表型相关性研究。广州市卫生局重点专科专项：DNA 微阵列方法快速检测念株菌耐药菌株的临床应用研究。
