方媛，女，1978年生，副教授，博士，硕士生导师，2000年毕业于天津大学管理学院工程管理专业和天津大学社会科学与外国语学院经济法专业，获工程学士学位，法学学士学位；2003年获得天津大学大学管理科学与工程专业，管理学硕士学位；2011年获得香港大学土木工程学院，哲学博士学位；2003-2006年在香港大学土木工程学院担任研究助理工作。
主要研究方向：建筑供应链物流管理；绿色施工管理、低碳施工管理；大数据分析在工程决策中的应用；优化模拟计算在工程中的应用。
