1.时频分析,包括非均匀滤波器组信号重构、块取样理论、小波与多小波分析、离散分数傅里叶变换、经验模式分解、瞬间频率等
2.最优化理论研究,包括无限约束条件的最优化与半无限规划、非凸全局最优化、稀疏表示与非光滑最优化等
3.非线性信号处理系统上的符号动力学,包括数字滤波器、数字锁相环、sigma delta调节器、感知器、TCPIP 网络、HIV 控制模型等
4,控制理论,包括最优控制、混沌控制、脉冲控制等
1.模糊切换原理、与模糊连通原理等。
我的主要应用科研方向集中在:
1.信号处理,包括滤波器与滤波器组设计、调制器设计、超完备正交字典设计、信号去噪、趋势提取、错误诊断、模式识别、边缘检测、边缘连接、图像编码、图像修复、视频运动估计、计算机密码学等;
2.通信,包括无线通信系统中的频谱资源分配等。

我的团队:
2004至2012年在英国林肯大学和伦敦国王大学曾任讲师、总讲师、副教授,曾指导4名博士生和60名硕士生获得学位,其中已有学生分别在中科院、华南理工大学任讲师和副教授;并与二十多名在英国、澳大利亚、中国、香港等多间知名大学的电气电子工程师学会(IEEE)院士有紧密合作。2012年10月回国,被特聘为广东工业大学“****”教授,在信息工程学院开展全职科研工作。
2012年底,我在广东工业大学组建了一个平均年龄不到40岁的科研团队(不包括学生),本团队研究人员在信号与信息处理上,有扎实的基础理论知识和应用研究能力,在以下几个研究方向具有鲜明的特点:时频分析与优化理论研究、多媒体信息处理、物联网关键技术应用。近5年,本团队主持项目包括国家自然科学基金项目、国家支撑计划、973项目子课题、中国博士后科学基金项目、粤港澳招标项目、广东省自然科学基金等,到校总科研经费超过1千万元。发表SCI论文超过250篇,其中一区或二区的文章超过50篇;申请发明专利超过10件,获得授权发明专利超过5件,授权实用新型专利超过10件。
团队现有教授2人,副高4人,讲师4人,目前在读硕士研究生40余人。本团队的高级职称教师均有主持国家级项目及多项省部级项目,有2人讲师获得国家自然科学基金,另外2人讲师获省级项目。该团队建立了良好的奖励机制,对有学术贡献的教师、研究生进行考核奖励。分批选送年轻教师到国外进修及学术交流,集体组织参加有影响力的国际会议,选送研究生出国参会,增长见识。
