马绍壮，博士，副教授，澳大利亚昆士兰大学访问学者，广东外语外贸大学MBA教育中心主任助理。
马绍壮先后在英国莱斯特大学（UniversityofLeicester）和葡萄牙里斯本工商大学（ISCTELisbonUniversityInstitute）获得硕士和博士学位，在InternationalJournalofHumanResourceManagement(SSCI)等国内外学术刊物和学术会议发表论文10余篇。他的主要教学和研究兴趣工作情绪管理（情商），领导力开发，个人品牌与个人营销，人力资源管理制度比较，员工激励与挽留，员工测评和选拔。
马绍壮曾就职于中山大学从事MBA教学和项目管理7年。留学前，曾在某大型国企驻香港公司工作3年。

BeforejoiningGuangwaiMBAin2008,Dr.MaworkedwithLingnan(University)College,SunYat-senUniversity,astheexecutivedirectorofLingnanMBACenter.Hestartedhiscareerinbusinessorganization,workinginGuangzhouandHongKong,aftergraduatingfromGuangdongUniversityofForeignStudiesin1990s.
