柯毅宏，2020年10月任职厦门大学药学院教授。获得香港大学医学院微生物系博士学位（2017年）并从事博士后工作（2017-2018年）。致力于开发脂质代谢和功能系统生物学研究的新型代谢组学方法，并将代谢组学和系统生物学方面的研究成果转化为医学相关系统。同时，与江苏裕灌现代化农业有限公司，美国斯尔丰（Sylvan）生物科技有限公司紧密合作，系统性研究食用菌/药用菌的药用价值，构建食用菌/药用菌的药用成分和营养成分的谱图，并进行食用菌提取物的研发。
