林伯强，加利福尼亚大学（Santa Barbara）经济学博士，教育部2007年度“****”****。现任厦门大学管理学院“****”****、中国能源政策研究院院长、能源经济与能源政策协同创新中心主任，能源经济领域国际顶级期刊Energy Economics主编。国内方面，兼任国家能源委员会能源专家咨询委员会委员，国家发展和改革委员会能源价格专家咨询委员会委员，中央人民广播电台特约观察员。国际方面，兼任达沃斯世界经济论坛引领者委员会执委会委员，达沃斯塑造能源未来的系统倡议、达沃斯论坛全球电池联盟、达沃斯论坛能源转型项目、达沃斯论坛携手推动可持续能源创新项目的顾问委员会委员，英国剑桥大学客座研究员，联合国气候变化大会观察员。以第一作者和通讯作者在国内经济学权威刊物和国际SSCI和SCI能源领域权威重点刊物发表超过400篇学术论文。

1990年获得美国加利福尼亚大学（Santa Barbara）经济学博士
