个人简介:
博士生导师、享受国务院特殊津贴专家。毕业南开大学化学系,80年代赴美国学习海洋大气化学与全球变化。历任海洋局第三海洋研究所副所长、国家海洋局极地考察办公室主任、国家海洋局海洋-大气化学与全球变化重点实验室主任。40多年来,一直工作在海洋和极地考察研究和管理第一线,先后组织实施了我国南极考察一船两站工程建设的“九五”计划和中国首次北极科学考察计划。中国首次北极科学考察领队兼首席科学家和中国第13次南极考察队领队兼首席科学家。先后主持国家重点攻关项目、国家科技专项、国家社会公益项目、国家自然科学基金和国际合作计划等项目。发表论文250多篇(60多篇SCI),编著17部,国家授权专利16项,12项成果获得省部级奖(特等奖1项和1等奖6,其中4项排名第一)。




主要贡献有:
开拓海洋大气化学学科,建立海-气系统立体观测平台,推进生源要素的海-气生物地球化学过程及其对全球变化的响应与反馈作用研究发展。
